Itching in skin. The one in the hand is persisting from last ome month and the one in leg is persisting from 6 months.

Since last 5 months I am having the following problems : 1) Itching in my eyes and nearby areas. 2) when I wake up in the morning eyes pinches  a lot and heaviness too, not able to open my eyes immediately. 3) Eyes nearby skin becomes black and dry. 4) sometimes it starts itching all-over in the face and body too. 5) I have noticed sometimes small pimple like rediness in forehead. 6)For last few days now it starts itching in my ears too. 7) sometimes it also feels me blurb visions when I starts itching in my eyes.

Any serum or cream for dark circles please since I wear specks since 12 yrs. Also I am working in Software

I am using betnovat with chinoform. Itchy rashes will go and reappear if Stop using it. Please suggest permanent solution for my problem. Thanks in advance.
