Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had cystic acne so i was prescirbes isotretnoin for 7 or 8 months and now my course is complete . After 5 months on completion of the course now suddenly i am having many breakouts especially on cheeks two of them cystic and painful. So i used tretnoin tropical from 5 days and it made my skin very dry itchy but acne is still there . What should i do now...will i have to again start isotretnoin??

I am having a problem on my second toenail of my right leg. It's swollen around the nail,skin is black around the cuticle,and having a black coloration at the corner of the nail. Having a sharp pain if I press at that corner of my nail.

Docter prescribed me dutasteride tablet 1 mg for hair fall. I am afraid to take it. What shall I do.

I have been having a very bad bout of eczema for over 2-3 years, my doctor gave me an antihistamine in response. This has made all my symptoms go away. But if I don't take it they reappear immediately. After a third consultation my doctor changed the prescription, the new pills were not antihistamines and as such did not prevent my eczema. What I want to ask is can histamine intolerance be the root cause of atopic dermatitis??
