Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Since past 5-6 years I have a boil like thing on by right hip. The boil is soft but beneath it is a hard thing. It never pains but recently it is paining a bit. Whom to refer? What can it be?

I have been using Ketomac for 4 months now but it is not effective at all. Please suggest which shampoo I should use to remove dandruff.
