Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi I dont have any dandruff or lice problem even though my head is itching quite often especially when iam working in night shifts ,may I know the reason for this problem. Is this a starting symptoms for any other organ problem.pls advice Thanks

Having ringed rashes and inflammed skin around both mouth corners doctor diagnosed this as tinea faciei without doing any test also having angular chellitis from past few months , it genrally gets worse when I go and eat outside food , have been applying fungal cream and medicine from past 10 days it improves and get worse in cycles , can someone suggest or provide some help and how much time it will take generally to clear does it take long time to clear

I have been facing some skin problems like a lot of pimples as my skin is very sensitive whenever I apply one particular face wash it doesn't suit my skin for a long time so I have to change it. Please suggest me something? Also cleanup and face packs also doesn't suit me anymore. Earlier it gave good results but now it doesn't suit my skin. Also there is a kind of irritation on the skin whenever I apply a night cream or a serum. So, what should I do please suggest me something doctor... This has started few days back earlier I didn't have any problem like this.

Dear members, My wife has been facing some kind of issues in her finger nails of right foot wherein the nail has baan swelled and turned into yellow color completely and with showing fungus insider the nail part. We cut the nail as it was coming out from top from its own. Now the nail is not growing and neither the color is coming to normal. Pl suggest suitable treatment.

I have been suffering from dry scalp/dandruff (yet to be clarified)since few months. Added to this facing hair fall and itchiness on the scalp. I'd like to know what is the main problem and solution to this.

I am having red spots on my body which is very small in size and causes itchiness, worse at night, i have taken prescription from the doctor but not resolved till now. spots are increasing day by day, red in colour and some of them are pus filled. there is differential diagnosis like bullous pemphigoid, papular urticaria,etc I am not getting the treatment which is effective. This leads to stress in me. kindly give suggestion

I have little nail pits and nail ridges .even my brother had them . Are they signify any problem or heritable ?? My grandmother had vertical ridges ...?? What might be the cause???

Hi, My husband has candidal balanoposthitis since a few weeks.and as per doctor's suggestions, my husband is taking syntran 200, teczine 10 and hhzole cream since 2 weeks. The infection and itches have reduced a lot, but skin in the scrotum area has become dry and has cracks and poking sensation too. He is unable to tolerate heat too. He is diabetic. Please suggest some ointment/creams that can heal the skin and poking sensation. Thanks much in advance.

Hi i am getting treatment for acne vulgaris  from last two weeks but from the day my treatment is started acne is worsening. pretty painful actually currently i am using isotretinoin capsule at night. lactobacillus capsule in morning after meal. retin AC gel at night. is this isotretinoin purging? how long will this persist? and how long isotretinoin should be consumed? anything else needs to be done?
