Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

For the last 3 months my scalp has been itchy,dry and I'm noticing itchy bumps randomly .There is also some dandruff and the roots of my hair pain sometimes.Thus is also causing hair fall.

Got my nose pierced 3 weeks back. It was healing fine until it got pulled off 2-3 times. Now, I have got a painless, skin colored bump near the hole. I do not want to close the piercing hole. My doctor has suggested Flutibact ointment. I am currently cleaning the bump with saline solution before applying the ointment. Kindy suggest.

Certain bald patches formed at back of head. Just 23 years old. Please tell the solution to regrow them and please tell if onion juice could help

I've had some itchy rashes on neck and chest area one day when I woke up. I took lots of water and had curd-water, rashes stopped itching by next day and started to dry. We're completely gone away in 5-6 days. This has happened after 10 days of going through deep dental clean up. The dentist assured that scaler and cleaning equipment were all sterilised and cleaned. Also, after a week from when rashes gone away, I was infected with Covid. What could have caused the itch rashes ? Note that pre rash days, I had little water and had lots of dry dates and eggs almost daily. Thanks.
