Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I took lots of medicine for this problem but no medicine works properly .Iam facing to this  from last 5 year .

Hi. I am having angular cheilitis which keps coming back. My dermatologist had given me desonide cream, but the cracks keep coming back within 2-3 days when I stop using the cream. This has been going on since a year now. Before desidine, I was using candid B cream and was facing the same issue of cheilitis coming back. Need help.

I have facial hairs growth is not that much but this is a trouble causing for me. Please suggest me if face wax is good or not I'm scared to use any of such treatment in my face

After moving to jodhpur in 2018 I've been having huge hair fall and dandruff issues. I've no idea what to do here. I live in karwar, water and weather is so harsh here also the heat from thhe sun becomes unbareable during the day time and head starts to hurt. My hair is falling even if I finger comb my hair. And hair is so thin now that enen making a bun hurts the roots.
