I've keloid on my right ear and one on my belly and two at my pubic area. It all started long ago first on left year. I had operation on my ear it went away then I pierced my ear everything was alright but all of a sudden the keloid grew. I've seen doctors but it's not working but increasing. First surgery: 2016, pierced again: 2020, keloid grew again : 2021 I also have sudden dark stretchmarks on my stomach and I've dark circles I can't get rid off.

Hi Dr., I have a small rough patch on my lips which feels so dry and scaly and it is bit paining/ burning like chapped lips. It is only on one small area of lips and it has been 4-5 weeks it has not resolved. Please look at the attached photo. Please can you advice what should i do? What could this be?
