Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have dandruff on a very regular basis. I shower every day and wet my hair every day. When i don't shampoo my hair for 2 - 3 days and scratch the scalp during this period, i get flakes of dandruff. When i shampoo my hair and scratch my scalp later, i get dust like dandruff. I use loreal hyaluron shampoo and conditioner and also use scalp+, I oil my hair once a week. Please suggest a treatment to get rid of this dandruff. I do not want to visit a doctor right now as it is a minor problem right now.

Hi Doc , I was vdrl positive a few years back and got penicillin injection and vdrl titer value was 1:32. Recently i got a wart on my private part hence i again went for vdrl and vdrl titer value is 1.20 and i was asked to go for tpha for further confirmation and result came as positive with 1:1280 I have been told by the doc that, tpha is very high Please advise if this is a serious condition

Experiencing extreme hair loss for the past few weeks. Have tried increasing frequency of hair oil (ayurvedic and rosemary oil) and have not had any significant change in diet, yet extreme hair loss.. any supplements or vitamins or serums?

I was recommended to use Dépiwhite cream for hyperpigmentation earlier but could not use. I want to know if it's okay for me use Dépiwhite with these existing creams and also will there will be any withdrawal symptoms if I stop using Dépiwhite suddenly? Kindly suggest
