Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am infected with chicken pox since 6 days, I was following the diet by  having boiled foods like beetroot carrot potatoes .its almost getting dry and no more new blisters seen. Can I stop the diet and have all types of food.

Dear sir/ma'am, Attached are the pics of my face which caused the reaction to me after a facial.. I did facial on October.. After few days i saw this kind of marks I thought I will go naturally but till now they are same.. Kindly suggest the facewash Or ointment for the same. Thank you!!

Hi My daughter is 7 year old. She had high fever in the month of June 2022. After the fever was over she had full blisters on lips and inside mouth with bleeding gums. I thought it mite be hand foot and mouth disease. A month later she had few of her nails separating from bail beds and new nails came up. She had suddenly started school after covid which mite created stress in studies and recovery of fever in that phase she had sever hair fall since September. I had been to dermatologist suggested me trichoton. Tested Hb it is 13. And Thyroid tests are normal. Is the hairfall due to side effects of fever or any other tests to be done. I am putting her the syrup now hair fall is reduced a bit since 1 week of syrup. Will she grow back her hair. Please guide.
