Can you please mention some cream for pimples and black marks they leave on skin as i have a lot on my cheeks and forehead

Dear doctors, I seek your valuable suggestion for persistent cheek for 10+ years acne despite lifestyle changes and consultations.Limited access to specific U.S. medications adds to the challenge as I am student. adopting lifestyle changes, including eliminating dairy and oily foods, incorporating fruits, vegetables, and practicing yoga, and using natural face packs, I've observed minimal improvement. Multiple consultations with various doctors have failed to provide a conclusive diagnosis or effective solution. While past concerns with PCOS and menstrual irregularities have been successfully addressed, the ongoing cheek acne is causing emotional distress. I don't know what else is left to be done and feeling disheartened.

Dear Doctor, Good morning!! I am having dark spots  on my forehead and small pimples on my face and forehead also there are acne scars on my face. It has been there for almost 3 yrs. Please suggest some treatment to get rid of all these conditions. Thank you in advance.

Sir/mam ...on the sides of my nose dirt of skin is always collected repeatedly after 3-4 of scratching.i used to scratch that dirt from the side of nose with the tha nail and I have been doing it since last 5-6 months  during that time I sometimes applied cream butnot daily ...........now that area is dark and causes constant irritating now due to which I now stopped scratching it any more and applying cream daily but that constant irritation is not getting well and it feels like constant darkness on that part of skin...so my query is that dark colour permanent or it can be cured??
