Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had severe dandruff way back so I went to doctor and was prescribed anti dandruff shampoo ( novale-ct). Now after applying that shampoo , my dandruff has been cured. But hairfall happens as my hairs got weak and thin and I also take multivitamins ( keraglo men ) which was prescribed by dr too . There is some improvement but my hairs are not getting thicker and there is some area on scalp which is uncovered and hairs are not coming there . I apply hair serum ( folliserum ) which was prescribed my dr and dr said apply this and you will get improvement. Please suggest any medication which can improve my hair thickness and density . Also suggest should I continue using anti dandruff Shampoo ( novale ct ) .

Hi, For the last one year I am feeling rough textured skin on the butt and there is a muscle loss as well. When I took a picture, I could see the blackness of the skin. Sometimes feeling itchiness. There were mild fungal infections earlier and had treatment with the creams. Medical history asthma, allergy and gastritis. I have attached the picture, kindly look. Is this anything to worry about?
