I have itchy scalp small pimples on scalp and my neck and behind ear area also itchy from 3 days I am using candid powder still no help

1month ago my baby has allergy on her back and belly doctors told us it is dermatitis and they suggest desonade lotion .after three days red bumps were healed and it left some white patches on her body .the allergy was also on her diaper area and after healing there too are white patches .now these white patches are not going how to cure them
