I was diagnosed with endometriosis in November 2015 and tried ivf with my own egg but failed due to poor ovarian reserve. In November 2016 was diagnosed with lupus APS which is weak positive again tried ivf with donor's egg which again failed. I m in depression don't know what to do..i had conceived naturally in Jan 2015 but has a miscarriage at 13.2 weeks. Pls tel me can i conceive? Due to lupus i have joint pain,fatigue and at times I go blank. Pls help
