I have dhat problem from last 1 yr....because of it i have pain in me back and knees

I am mentally more sick,than physically by seeing the jock itch scars and colouration I find in my both inner thighs. Its bit thick and reddish itch patch around my groin and inner thighs.Suffering for the past few weeks. Started applying ring guard from yesterday. Please suggest me some external and internal medicine to ease me out of itch and scars.
