Sir/Mem I regularly musturbate since last ten years and now i have pain in my back side. The pain is not consistent in one place. It moves regularly up and down side from last few months. Please suggest me what should i do.

I was diagnosed with chylamydia in September I took antibiotics and symptoms persisted so I took more antibiotics and all my results came back negative however! Since September I have been having penile discharge it’s not cloudy white or yellow it’s just clear sometimes slimy sometimes watery, If I took the meds and my results came back negative then why am I still suffering from penile discharge the and it’s very single day!! I do not have a burning sensation when urinating or abdominal pain.
