Hi, I result got tested for HSV and below are the test results. 4th week test results, Serum ELISA HSV1 IGG 1.17 HSV1 IGM 0.10 HSV2 IGG 0.93 HSV2 IGM 0.14 To get confirmation went for second test and below are the results. HSV1 IGG CLIA 0.217 HSV2 IGM ELSIA 0.6 HSV2 IGG CLIA <0.500 HSV2 IGM ELSIA 0.5 Above are the index value now I'm in confusion whether I have herpes infection or not. Didn't had  any blisters, lesions and cold sores. I'm aware IGM indicates no active infection currently but IGG index has gone down in the second test results so I'm in the confusion is there any confirmation test  it's been more than 12 week now. Now I'm getting married what all precautions should I need to take without infecting my partner. Should even she need to antiviral or only me if we are planning for baby. How good is testosterone value of 274 ng/dL of 32years male?. Can it be improved by natural methods or should I start taking some medicine to improve it.

I haven't had any outbreak like sores, blister. Haven't take any sort medication before taking my second test. So can you please advise since I'm getting married in Apr & don't want to infect my partner. If I go for another test which test should I select Elisa or CLIA or any other test for confirmation please advise. Thank you.

Hello doctor's, I have quick question. Could you please answer the below question. In my hometown there are lot of monkeys were there and they use to come and do dirty in my house garden area. I saw most of the monkeys have red anus, may be they conceived, I am not sure. I kept my hand by mistake on the steel rod where monkeys use to rest there. After keeping my hand, one sharp edge on the steel rod hurted to my finger and came minor blood. Now I am worried that, may be the blood of monkeys on the steel rod touched my hurted hand. Can any STDs or hiv will transmit if monkeys blood contact to humans blood. Please clarify.
