I've been feeling sudden pain in perineal (prostate?) region about every 15 days. It's as if my perineum is being squeezed from inside and the sensation lasts 1-2 seconds. No pain or blood while urinating but the flow of urine is not steady and I have to apply little extra force to push my urine out steadily. It's the unusual pain which arises suddenly, lasts about 2 seconds and happens about every fortnight that I am worried about. I am afraid if it is prostate-related problem. Age: 20 yrs Male

Hi. I'm 24 years old. I want to ask about my serum total testosterone. I've done this examination two times in early morning. First reading was 6 ng/ml Ref range (1.3-7.7) .. second was 6.2 ng/ml ...Ref range (2.4-8.3) ... it seems in the upper normal range.. Should I be concerned about it.. or everything seems normal.?
