Hi. I'm 24 years old. I want to ask about my serum total testosterone. I've done this examination two times in early morning. First reading was 6 ng/ml Ref range (1.3-7.7) .. second was 6.2 ng/ml ...Ref range (2.4-8.3) ... it seems in the upper normal range.. Should I be concerned about it.. or everything seems normal.? Have infection on penile skin, with white pimple like marks. Not much itching or pain though but the marks are increasing.

Sir I just consult to urologist for testicular pain......he said me not to worry.......use tight innerwear .. if pain not decrease then do sonography.......but he didn't gave me any medicine for pain ....plz suggest me the effective medicines
