Hi I have a hard spot on my left side of my scrotum sack at first I thought it was just a cyst but I've squeezed it but nothing happen also when I do squeeze it fells really hard like a little stone it's not painful or anything and about 5mm big I just want to know what could it be also it's been here for a while but there's no health problems with it, it's just annoying
