Hi, I have been suffering from piles. I have a treatment from a local Vaidya here. During treatment,he first tied pile masses using threads. It left out after 4-5 days. I daily need to go for dressing. Now there is a internal wound and which will be healing using an ayurvedic creames. Is this a proper treatment I'm following?
