P24 antigen accuracy in 45days negative test  need any further test or is it conclusive please am anxiety help

I got a slightly positive mark on rapid card test 2 times a day 15 days after the exposure. after that I waited 45days for p24 antigen test I have negative result of p24 hiv1 antigen and hiv2 antibody is negative I need to repeat any test for hiv 1 or 2 plz answer
