I belive that a syringe attack in my body after 31st days of exposure i have done a hiv duo combo test and it is negative and the value of 0.22 .is i am free from hiv..is this test accurate

Hi, Since few days I am having too much of itching problem on bladder. One corner of skin of bladder is showing light reddish. On bladder also some red color blood type stains are appearing. Please suggest what remedy I can follow.
