I hv estrogen dominance and my testosterone is very low around 300 ng /dl.... I hv had gynaecomastia which I got removed through surgery.. Still my body feels soft nd hv hard time gaining muscles

I have received my testosterone total level of 9.28ng/ml .what does it indicates?
