I am a 40 year old male. I have heard a lot about frequency of testicular cancer cases being detected. Hence, I wish to know how can testicular cancer be prevented? What are the precautions that can be taken well in advance to avoid the occurrence or some food that i can eat?

I have received my testosterone report Testosterone total.        9.28 ng/ml Serum (CLIA-Roche Automated Platform) Biological Ref. Interval given in report 20 - 49 Years : 2.49 - 8.36 >=50 Years : 1.93 - 7.40 What does it indicates?

On August 15th I tested HSV 1&2 result in 0.15, Again on September 14 it resulted in 0.79 it means I'm infected to herpes or I'm safe. Please advise me on this stressed a lot after seeing the result.
