Have tested 6 months Hiv 1 PCR RNA - undetected Hiv 2 PCR RNA - undetected Hiv 1p24 antigen &hiv 1&2 total antibodies (4th generation test) - non reactive. Hepatitis b and c - non reactive Herpes simplex virus 1&2 - non reactive C reactive protein - 1.53 (range<5 for adult) Cmv igg - reactive,cmv igm - non reactive. Urine culture sensitivity - occasionally pus cells, occasionally epithelial cells,n o bacteria seen..result is no growth after 48 hours of incubation period. Pls help i am all clear

Sir, I am suffering from bilateral vericocele from last 2 year . But I felt pain last 10 day . It occur due to strenous exercise. USG show bilateral vericocele. Surgeon give me Venusmin 900 mg and rutoheal but no realef in pain. Surgeon told me you have mild vericocele no treatment required.. But I feel pain still after taken medicine What I can do . Any other option .. Surgery is option or it nautrally heal.. If I undergo any surgical option which one is best ..who have minimal complication and no recurrence occur ... Suggest me..
