I have mild pain and with doppler scrotum test found to  have right mild varicocele (grade 1 to grade 2) and mild cyst 4mm in right epididmyis but size is fine. Currenlty i am taking homeopathic medicines. is there any chance that it will effect left too. I feel sharp and pulling pain in right leg thigh area, is it due to varivocele. How far should i use medicines and clear the issue. Does it affect fertility and also cause erectile dysfunction ? .
