I have a habit of masterbate 3-4 times a week. I didn't have any problems previously but from past few days feeling little legs pain when i go to sleep and i am not having any pain in day time. When i stop materbate i don't feel any pain. Is materbatiom the reason for the pain? Or any other reason? My age is 24

Doctor me and girlfriend had been intimate last month just next day her period finished but it was protected. Her period got over on 8th of Dec. Now it's been 5 days she haven't got her period. She is feeling okay a little bit of body ache, kindly let me know what shall I do. Yes I am little bit scared but I do remember nothing happened as such which was unprotected.
