4th generation HIV test window period .when the test is conclusive.? After how many month or how many days ,any possible test to ruled out HIV before 6 months please mention the name of the test.?

Hello Before my marriage i got irregular periods. I got married on feb 2019. after my marriage i got periods in 28 days and last month i got periods in 21 days cycle( i got on march 31st). For the month of april , i didn't get periods till now.. More than 23 days... Pls advice.
