UK guidelines consider a negative result three months after an exposure as being HIV negative. If the result is negative three months after exposure your result is interpreted as negative. This assumes you have had no further risks In practice, a negative result after three months means you do not have HIV. You do not need to test again unless you expose yourself further in the future. This guidelines are true? Are these are new guidelines ?

Hello Before my marriage i got irregular periods. I got married on feb 2019. after my marriage i got periods in 28 days and last month i got periods in 21 days cycle( i got on march 31st). For the month of april , i didn't get periods till now.. More than 23 days... Pls advice.
