Any test to ruledout HIV infection before 6 months .pls mention the name of test it's is helpful for me please...

I went to take Doppler scrotal scan to detect whether it is hydrocele or vericocele. It gave result as "grade 1 both varicocele without reflux on color doppler". It need surgery . It may develop to grade 2 in future . It cause me infertility . I can do marriage or be single lifelong .

I have severe phimosis is it possible rectify through surgery.Because I plan to do marriage phimosis affected at the age of 20
