Hi, I am a 29 year old guy and want to start taking PreP to prevent HIV/AIDs infection. How can I go about it?

What is the range of HSV1 IgG to have an old infection? And can we diagnose whether it is recent one or very old one using IgG? Can IgG test be false positive?

I had negative HIV p24antigen/antibody test after 70 days of possible exposure with index value 0.12. And after 90 days I had all negative tests for p24antigen/antibody HIV test, HBsAg, HCV & VDRL. But after 90 days HIV test index value was 0.21 (reference value : 1≤value is positive). Does increase in the value posses any risk of infection? Can I rule out the possibilities of these infections and move on? Please Help!!
