My period cycle length is of 32 days and I bleed for 4 days. Can you suggest a regular birth control pill for me?

Hi, doctor yesterday I went for blood suger check random.though I m not diabetic. Nursing staff I found were lazy..At time i reached to their room they were having snacks .One of them went in room and bring a box of cotton.otherone doing some file work while eating. Then they merely wash their hand and pricked my finger with blood suger test. Only I assured was they tore lancet paket in front of me that is new.but other I m not sure whether they washed their hand or not and secondly they placed lancet on counter table where Lynch box was kept.and table was not fully visible to me . Now I want to know what r the chance of getting hiv infection.if they didn't clean their hand properly.or may have table some blood drop.which is touched to lancet top point.is lancet priked is direct access to blood stream.only I can say they tore new packed packet of lancet in front of me.i m worry about either their hand or table on which they kept lancet may have blood which is not visible to me.thsnks

My last exposure is feburary 2018 Take western blot nov 26,2018 which is indeterminate with p24 detected December 10,2018 take western blot which is negative January 23,2019 take western blot which is negative (All are taken different lab) March 7, 2019 3rd generation hiv antibody test which is negative April 27,2019 Ag/Ab combo test which is negative... May 30 Hiv Elisa test which is negative So finally my reuslt is?? And should i take any further test???

How can the person know who is having HIV ? Is any spmptom by which he can understands for consult with the doctor? Which specialist doctor handle that type of patients? Where the treatment happened?

He was mastrubating since 6 years daily once or twice.. it became an addiction...he want to get rid off this but he can't stop the urging by  he was getting very depressed and sleeping all the day
