Hello. I think I have crabs near the genital region. I have itching in that area, which increases at night. There are lots of spots in that area, which when i removed and checked, seemed to be moving and looked like tiny spiders. My scrotum feels tight and there are white dots at the roots of hair on my scrotum (seem to be the eggs). The itching has been there for two weeks. What should I do? Please help asap!

Dear doctor I had test for hiv 1 rna pcr quantitative test after 29 days after exposure, result is less than 66.9 copies,I should have did hiv Qualitative pcr instead of quantitative pcr test? Or quantitative pcr test is accurate after 29 days? I also did hiv 1 and 2 eclia antibody test after 2 months.

I do test hiv antibody test after 27th day of exposure.. Hiv1 rna quantitative (real time pcr) after 47th day of exposure.target not detected...does it 100℅ conclusive? Or any further test should performed?
