Hiv PCR test not detected at 120days is it conclusive and I test negative at 97 days antigen antibody test and 91 days tridot test

I have done hiv 1 and 2 Elisa antibody test after 3 months and result I got is negative, can confirm the result is accurate?

I got exposed with syphilis 18 month ago.i was not aware of it. Recently I got tested for syphilis on june 2020 and report is as follows. RPR 1:1 TPHA 1:2560 Doctor prescribed me doxycycline 100mg orally twice daily for 14 days and ceftriaxone 2g IM injection daily for 10 days. I am not getting penicillin here in Mumbai. Therefore doctor prescribed me these medicines. I wanted to know without penicillin this diseases can be cured. Please doctor requesting you to reply. I don't have any ulcer on my body so I am in which stage. I have started prescribed medicine. How to know whether these medicines are working properly for me. Or may I take penicillin in next month if I will get that.
