From my last exposure with CSW(Protected ) I tested PCR RNA at 45 days Negative, CMIA 0.05 negative at 120 days and ELISA negative at 150 days.. Having white tongue for the past 4 months ??

I am under PEP medication Viropil as I was very frightened even after protected exposure. I would like to know if I can crush and dissolve Viropil in water and take. As I have swallowing difficulty and choking issues, I am unable to take whole tablet. Please tell if this will make PEP to fail or aggravate side effects.

Abnormal discharge started and after 2 days painful blisters appeared all over tha genital areas. Rashes appeared on the body and face. Also burning sensation on passing urination. After taking dox 100 antibiotics the blisters are better but still appears. And there is tingling and itching feeling all over the genital from last 10- 15 days. Discharge still continues. What could be the issue. As it doesn't seem like an UTI. Please suggest. Doctors are prescribing anti bacterial and yeast infection medicines but it is not giving relief.

During ARV  vaccination to me by a nurse  of govt hospital , she draws vaccine from the vial by a fresh insulin injection syringe but it  slips to her skin of palm. May or may not be pricked to the skin she used that very syringe to draw vaccine again from the same vial. But after sometime from herself she discard that syringe outside. However, afterwards using a new syringe she draws rest of the vaccine & later on injected to me intradermally. So what is the chance of getting HIV infection by this route??

Hii doctors, I have been on testosterone 250mg/week  and for about a 9months Or so. I want to come off and re start my natural testosterone (Hpta axis). Can only hcg be used or do i need to take enclomaphine and nolvadex along with it. I would like a doctor who can help with the side effects and get my natural testosterone back to base which was 665ng/dl before I took my first shot. And i would also like to use En- clomafine rather than clomid. Please guide.
