Dear doctor I took hiv 1 and 2 rapid antibody test by ict method after 1 month and 8 months of possible exposure and hiv 1 and 2 eclia antibody test after 2 months and 15 months,all were non reactive, are this test are accurate? Can I trust this results?

Hi I had an ectopic surgery one month back in which left tube is removed and post that it's suggested to tak fol5 tab for next 3 months. I wanted to know why it is given and when can i try again to conceive, also if I try next year do i again need to take follic acid tab before trying. Thanks
