I was vaccinated by a contaminated needle on 19th Oct 2020. I went for HIV test at nearest ICTC centre on the 140th day. The report was negative. So, is the report on the 140th day a confirmatory report?

I'm an hiv person I was cutting vegetables at home and I got an small cut I immediately wash my hand and the knief and then the same knief was used by my mom for cutting other vegetables so there is any risk of spread of HIV?
