This month I took HCG 5000 injection on 13 and I ovulated on 14 last period date 3 aug so today I did upt which came neg it is 14dpo so when should I take test is it too early

Hello, taking prolomet am tablet for high bp and fibtor tablet for cholesterol. Can i put mirena for endometriosis cysts, will it be safe? Any contraindications of tablets and mirena together or safe to use.
