Dr has given meprate to my wife for the irregular periods .she has taken the medicine for 5 days but still her periods has not come but Tommrow she has taken ashokarishta nd spotting is there but no periods till now..so could you please suggest can meprate and ashokarishta taken together?

My period cycle for the current month (October) was due on 2nd or 3rd, but I haven't got them as yet. I am concerned, because we have a family event on 7th November, 2021 which I need to attend. It will be a difficult situation for me if I do not get my periods as per schedule this month. Hence, I wanted to reach out to get some medical advice to possibly delay the next cycle to come after 7th November. All my periods in previous months have come as scheduled with no issues. Sir, Me and my husband taken have uprotected intercouse on 26 and 27 september its was 5th and 6th day of  my periods, and than I have taken unwanted 72 on 27 september at evening around 5 pm.
