Sir I have rashesh and itching on scrotum 15 days back.though the rashesh are gone before somedays but now from the last night I have the rashes and little swealing on the scrotum again . What should I do in this situation?

Hi, I had a possible exposure around 10 years back, recently went for HIV antibody test 3 times, all 3 tests came non reactive/negative. But in my blood report WBC count is 4300, lymphocyte percentage is 21%, which is 900, is this low lymphocyte count? I heard 30-60% of lymphocytes are CD4 and below 500 CD4 count denotes HIV infection, should I be worried about my CD4 count? are my HIV results conclusive?
