I did a blood test for HIV and it was reactive and herpes came back positive. However three months later I did a rapid HIV test and it was neg then tested again 6 months later and still negative. I am scared and confused not sure what to do or believe and worried about my herptites test that came back positive what should I do

My wife always gets extreme headache while she is having orgasm. She cannot enjoy her climax and sometimes shivers and holds her head as it achea so much. Hello I have recently developed multiple black mole like structures on my right side of testicals. They are non itchy, non bleeding. I had to trim hair and got a cut and then these black spots multiplied. Am not sure what they are. Can you suggest treatment or give insights what these could be?
