Dear Doctor, Its been two years of marriage life and now we have decided to have a baby. Should I take folic acid tablets a month before the intersection , pls advice

After her periods are over, she feel heavy pain in lower stomach area. Sometimes it is so painful that she can even get unconscious. Please advise what could be the reason and how it can be treated?

My periods comes monthly what my date some times before its come. this is not an issue right now but my main issue is its continuing only 2 days, not more than 2 days. previous its stayed at list 4 days but now 2-3 days its fully finish . I am little worried what's a matter?

My vitamin B12 is 153 pg/mL , Vit D is 6.21 ng/ml and Iron is 56 ug/dl. This week I started the injection for B12,also along with first day b12 injection I had 2 sachets of calcirol (60000IU). From second day I'm experiencing severe body pains expecially in lower body pain. I also got my periods today(3rd day). But my periods were never this worse in terms of lower body pain. Please help me.

Did an ovulation test on 18th Feb and it came out positive in the noon but became negative at night. For the next few days it's all negative. Yesterday, 02 Mar, I did a test again and it came out positive. Is it possible for one to ovulate twice in a month?

Hi. I was operated in 2006 for ovarian cyst which was not an endometric cyst. Got married in 2009. Diagnosed again for cysts. Never conceived in 6 yrs of marriàge. Laparoscopy done again in 2015 for big chocolate cyst an endometric cyst. Now I don't have cyst. Taking vit d, calcium tabs. Have regular periods but low discharge. I have gone for iui once but was unsuccessful. Please suggest
