Is tablet Wymox safe. I Have fever and headache for the past 15 days... Is the tablet safe to be taken thrice a day.

I've had fever since last 3 days, no cough or cold. I've taken wymox 500 4 dosages since yesterday along with combiflam. The fever dosn't seem to be going away. Kindly tell me what to do

My son is having just fever from past 2 days. Have given him calpol and wymox still he is having fever in the range of 101. He is unable to sleep. Not showing any other symptoms. No cold no cough. Motions hard .

My mother's 4th number tooth from last in the upper right side was slightly broken in one corner few years back and light sensitivity was there. But day before yesterday while eating, some hard object was there in the food and the tooth was very badly hurt. She has taken antibiotic wymox tablet, hifenac p and voveran injection but nothing is helping and she is in severe pain. Please suggest what medicines could help and what could be done next. Ulcer since 3 month . Taken Rajo 20x 2, Wymox 1000 x 3, QURE x 1 , bu t still pains, burns the stomach. Now taking Pentodec x 1 . Improve but not cured. Still pain burn in the stomach whenever food not get in 3 hours even in night time. Please suggest for fast recovery.

My brother underwent Ultrasound, I am attaching reports. He has severe pain from chest to lower abdomen ( right side ) , pain is little lesser as compared to pain earlier. He coughs a lot and vomit also when Pain is present. Also, sometimes cough is present without pain also. He is taking medicine prescribed by an experienced physician ( udiliv 300, peptard 20 , liv fit, wymox 250 ) he is taking absolutely proper diet, nothing oily. Please suggest me what could be the reason for cough , vomit and pain. And how much days it will take him to recover completely. Please answer why is he coughing and vomiting everyday. Pain is present when when he coughs and after vomiting pain goes away. Please answer next step.
