Baby boy 2 weeks old (body weight 4kg) throwing up since morning No fever no stomach pain He is not burping . Should i give vomikind? What dose ?

My 20 month old kid was having loose motions and vomitings. Doctor suggested to give vomikind for 2 days. Vomitings stopped till then but it has started again after stopping the medicine. His loose motions has not occurred since a day. Can I give him this vomikind for 2 more days. He is not eating anything. I'm so worried. Please help
