I m 33 week pregnant women and I am suffering from obstetrics cholestasis since 4 month pregnancy now I am having ursocol 1200 mg  simultaneously heptral 400 mg once a day still my sgpt sgot getting high day by day. recently my sgot 435 sgpt 454 and my bile acid 35 without fasting.i have intence itching as well as.please doctor help me.

Hi, i delivered my baby normally a week ago. Had stiches below for which enzoflam was prescribed as a pain killer. Due to this i got severe swelling in legs due to water retention. Post this dytor plus was prescribed and enzoflam stopped. this reduced the swelling next day onwards. However I have lost lot of my weight and I am less than my pre maternity weight.. why could this be.. what do you suggest ? My current medicine list- Augmentin Chymoral Flagyl Dytor plus Ursocol

Hello Madam/Sir, I am not sure whether I've selected the right treatment preference. If I've chosen the wrong, please guide me. So, since last month I'm having gallbladder sludge and under medication. Before medication, I was having stomach pain as well as clitorius pain. As soon as I started having Ursocol 300mg tablets, the pain was gone. But this is the second month I'm continuing the same medication and my stomach is not paining but clitorius is. What may be the reason, please help me.

I am 33 yr old. My problem is my urine colour is lite yellow. My doc advise me to do some test , my sgpt is 45, and Bilirubin is 1. Then doc give me Ursocol 300 tab to take twice daily for 4 months. I am taking it for last 10days. But still my urine colour is light yellow. I am very nervous. Will only this medicine cure me? Please advise. Is it is a symptom of any kidney disease? Please help and advise me what to do? Which test will know me about the kidney function? Thanks.

Frompast 2yrs suffering from jaundice taking ursocol 300 tablet in diet only rice, dal, fruit juices, and coconut water, sugarcane juice by which my total bilirubin came down to 2.4 to 1.9 and again to 2.1 mg/dl and direct bilirubin 0.9 to 0.7mg /dl so still how many days it will go actually what's the problem

A grade 1 fatty liver non alcoholic Today I done my lft test my sgot is 24 and sgpt is 14 my total bilburin is 1.74 bilburin direct is 0.90 bilburin indirect is 0.84 Total alkaline pospatase is 248 acording to a lab  report 290 is normal in alkaline pospatase Plz tell me last month I consult a gastralogy doctor they prescribe me ursocol 300 mg to reduce it my sgot and sgpt level and bilburin level  after eating a medicine it became normal my sgot sgpt level bilburin level became normal i stop the medicine and now after doing a today lft  test my sgot sgpt level became normal. Only my bilburin level get litle up plz help me Can i continue using that ursocol 300 mg medicine now or I will stop it taking that medicine plz clear it Plz prescribe me some good medicine For reducing a bilburin level

I am 34 weeks pregnant. I have high sgpt/sgot. My bile acids are also high(reports attached). My gynaecologist has prescribed Ursocol-SR 450 for the same and has asked for delivery at 37 weeks. Is there any risk involved? SGOT- 264 SGPT- 299 BILE ACIDS - 16.30

I am 34 years old, i have fatty liver non alcoholic, fibroscan shows 5.23kpa fo-f1, sgpt 74, doctor prescribe Linvas 4, Ocabile 10 both medicine for 8 wks , Previously i was taking ursocol , I want to ask should I take both at the moment, If I changed my life style can I stop those medicine? Are not those habit forming ?? Kindly response..

I am 32 years old, i have a  non alcoholic fatty liver , i am taking ursocol 450 daily , recent blood test shows my cholesterol high , 219 , where triglycerides is 349 , previously i was taking rozavel 10, it was stopped for 45 days , my sugar level also increased hba1c 6.7, feeling worry now , my report attached , should I start rozavel again ?
