There are small groups of mole on my male organ.They itch a lot.I used Tebina Plus before but it failed to show any effect after some time.

I have fungal infection on my right ear, right neck, below my belly on my left hip. I tried many doctor but their medicine didn't work. Please help me out. Medicines like Tebina ,HHSone, asterbin.. I have been applying ointments from 8 months no better results. I keep myself clean.
