Dr have prescribed me to have duphaston and Suprox sr in my early pregnancy please tell me how these are going to work ?

Suprox sr 40 mg my doctor given twice a day in 7 month pragency this medicine is safe in twins pragency

My wife is 21 week pregnant and even after a proper diet her HB levels came 8.3 only.Is this a serious concern.Consulted our doctor and he suggested orofer 100ml injection and suprox R tablet.Can any one please help me with some advice to improve the condition.

Hello Doctor, My wife is 30W-4D pregnant. Got USG done 4 days back. Everything was fine except cervical length of 2.8, which doc said, is little short of normal. She prescribed Suprox SR tablet for next 15 days. What is the use of this tablet? How can the cervical length be naturally increased? Her BP, Sugar is fine. Hb is 10.1 at 30 Weeks. EFW - 1500gm.

Short Cervical Length and Polyhydramnios At 28 week scan CL is 2.5 and afi 19.2. Now getting up for washroom activities and 10 min shower only. I am on elixir neogadine + Susten 200 mg+ suprox sr+ steroid injections given. I have a scan scheduled in next 2 weeks. Would it be safe to go , with 20 stairs descending and ascending + waiting for scan and doctor(15 minutes travel time to and fro).Is there any other precaution required to be taken ? The CL was 3.14 at 20 weeks scan .Can i sit at reclining position to eat?

Hello Doc, Please find attached reports of USG of my wife done at 32W-3D. Few questions i want to ask 1. Is HC & AC of baby fine? How to increase them? What about EFW. 2. Cervix length was 2.8 at 30 weeks now it is 2.4. Wife is resting & not doing any major physical activity. Using only washroom & sometimes takes light walk for 5 mins. Also having suprox SR as prescribed by doc. Why is it reducing so fast? 3. AFI is same as was on 30 week scan. How to increase it more? She's having 3ltr water, eggs, protein powder with milk, chicken, coconut water, Aminofit tablets. Anything else to increase AFI? Her BP, Sugar is fine. HB was 10 at 30 weeks. Iron tablets going on. Gain of 10kg weight from start of pregnancy. Fetal movements are fine. Looking forward to your response. Thank you.

I have my second pregnency at present , now thereis 19 weeks pregnency , and my level 11 is done and all tests are done , all arenormal but suddenly from previoudly week, i have started sharp pain in my lower back and lower abdomen , which i cant tolerate , rather it increases to mons pubis of vagina , so my dr prefers me normal scan on this , the ultradound was done and it was also normal , cervical length 3.5 cm and internal os is closed .. dr increases my medications ... suprox sr and susten sr ... now the pain is again started in morning ... aur drd kabhi bhi shuru ho jata hai... lekin scan maibhi kuch ni aya ... i want to know what is d reason behind that ki drd kyu hota hai ... my fst pregnancy is normal ... my bany is fine ... c section was done .. so plz suggest any home remedy or any medicine that i was get rid of that pain ... i was so scary about pre mature pregnency .. mam plz suggest me some remedies ...
