Itching sensation inside the anus. Temporary relief with application of Sufrate- LA ointment. While passing stool, tight or loose, eruptions are felt with burning sensation and pain. When felt with finger, pimple like eruptions are felt inside the anus. After passing stool, constant throbbing pain is felt. After 3-5 days symptoms vanish only to resurface after a week or may be months.

Hi all, I am suffering from constipation from 10days onwards and starting days of this issue my stool is black in colour and hard stool and this situation leads to develop mild anal fissure and burning sensation in that stool passing area and I consulted doctor he given laxatives and I started getting motion in normal yellow colour only and sufrate ointment for fissure issue,now a days during morning times instead of passing my stools at a single time it taking gap of 5mins and passing stools three ttimes for completing that job. Dr I had grade 1 hemorrhoids 3 yrs back internal and external hemorrhoids but now external got healed now I have internal hemorrhoids grade 2 but I had developed even  internal anal fistula anterior position ...Dr told me treatment of sitz bath with betadine,sufrate la cream, sitcomforte 14 tablets and chymoral ap 10 tablets and lactihep syrup ...is it enough both for both grade 2 hemorrhoids and internal anterior anal fistula ...is the treatment is enough to cure both ...or should I need surgery compulsory to treat my condition..pls gve ur valuable suggestions for my conditions
