I am suffering from reccurent tuberclosis and they have given me injections of streptomycin.I have pain at my hips where they put the injections..can u pls suggest some thing that reduces pain!

Does streptomycin cause a symptomatic hyperkalemia ?If not streptomycin then which hepatosafe anti tb drug causes hyperkalemia?

I am on streptomycin and akt-4 for since 2 months 20 days for my spine tuberculosis L/5 S/1 . I recently started feeling extreme dizziness and dehydration (thirsty all  the time) especially in the evenings. I feel like I can't concentrate and my brain is buzzing especially when I walk, its better when I sit or lie down . I am suffering from potts spine. I am taking treatment since 5 months . For almost 2.5 months my pain increased incredibly. Than doctor added 750mg streptomycin dose alternate day for 2months with akt regular. Now my pain has reduce my esr is 15mm/hr my x ray is clear i have gain 6 kg of weight.
