Dry nose, cough, mild fever since 21st november, I had setride and dabur honitus syrup. But still have problem what should I do

Hi, I got cold yesterday and from night my ear got blocked and creating some pain while swallowing something or squeezing.. so I took setride tablet in the night and now running nose stopped and turned to so thick green mucus.. can you please advise the medication to be taken to clear the mucus in the ear track.
